The conclusion of the France and Monaco qualifier for WESG 2017 saw EnVyUs locking down their spot at the Regional Finals with a 2-0 win over ARES (Inferno 16-5, Cobblestone 19-15).
15 teams took part in the France and Monaco qualifier for WESG 2017, which was played in a single elimination bracket, with best-of-one matches in the first two rounds and best-of-three's in the deciding semi-finals.
With G2 missing due to the Regional Finals clashing with BLAST Pro Series, Envy, who used Fabien "kioShiMa" Fiey instead of Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom, were the prime favorites to grab one of the spots.
Vincent "Happy" Schopenhauer's men lived up to their status by taking down DogDown and ARES, joining Limitless at the top of the qualifier.
